what's good? how ya doin? it's ya girl Dee back with another video.
in another part of the ongoing love/hate relationship that i have with Juvia's Place, i happened upon a beautiful chocolate brown shade of lipstick that they were advertising and decided to throw a crap shoot and purchase it.
i'm very pleased. it reminds me of the consistency of the NARS PowerMatte Lip Pigment. i didn't need to dip the applicator back into the tube to get more product. one swipe was literally enough.
the shade i purchased was Yoko, which is a deep brown. it has a matte finish, as well as a metallic one. you can wear one, the other, or layer them both. i show you a variation of all three during the video.
at the time this was filmed, the lipstick was on sale. as of the time the video is being uploaded, the cost is $18, but there are a few discount codes out there that you can search for to help lower your price a little bit more.
again, with Juvia's Place and any merchant that has had an ample amount of success as well as controvery, i encourage you to purchase using PayPal, so that your transaction is covered to where if a dispute is necessary, you can inconvenience them until its resolved. other than that, generally Juvia's can be okay, just be cautious around big launches.
