as requested, youtube Fam, here is my review of the Masquerade palette. i give you four different eyeshadow looks, one simultaneously broadcast on Facebook live, and an in depth review of my experience with this palette and the unfortunate lack of response from their customer service regarding the damage when i first received it.
with this company still as an up and coming one, there's always room for improvement, but i do encourage those to exercise caution when investing. this isn't the only time the product was damaged and this isn't the first time that you or i have heard that their customer service was sub par.
but, i have to say that even despite the broken pans being fixed, it IS a good quality product, and if you receive one intact and undamaged, it will be worth your while.
