How to make a Konoha (Leaf village) vest/Uniform. The vest is completely lined and has quilt batting in between the layers. Learn how to make the vest including the Uzumaki symbol and the scroll pockets!
This is also the last tutorial of my 100 subscriber special! I realize that it was quite a while ago, but I created four complete tutorials in addition to two that I had already posted in order to show you guys how to make a complete Shikamaru cosplay!
