LED Pulsing Lights for the Hand of Rag - Prop: Live from the Shop

For his Hand of Ragnaros, Sulfuras prop, Bill wires together a bunch of Neopixel lights to attach to an Arduino. This will create a neat pulsing effect for his World of Warcraft weapon!
