Lucina Cosplay Tiara Tutorial (EVA foam) - Fire Emblem

How I made a Lucina tiara from a headband and EVA foam. It involved a lot of dremeling, especially to get the details right, and then a few layers of primer and paint. The tiara is still very flexible and bends easily to put on over the wig. It would also be easy to adapt this tutorial to whatever tiara cosplay you are working on! More tutorials to come!
