It's THAT time of year again, and we NEEDED this so bad....

Welcome back to another insane depression room cleaning vlog! I find that filming myself while cleaning works as almost body doubling, and really helps me stay motivated and actually finish the task at hand. I hope that this video can serve as motivation for anyone else who is struggling or also experiencing task paralysis when it comed to ADHD, Depression, and cleaning in general.

I'm happy that i get to make these types of videos for you guys because This is exactly the type of genuine content that I watch to help push myself through, and I feel like there just needs to be more of it out there.
