Episode four of my HerUniverse Fashion Show build vlogs.
In this episode I'm making Carmen Sandiego's hat and all of the belts.
The hat is made with an EVA foam base and then covered in pleather. I've never made a hat before so I went with materials and techniques that I was already familiar with.
The belts are made with packaging foam using the same method as my belt tutorial that you can watch here:
