Making Lucy Gray's Rainbow Dress from Hunger Games (Cosplay Tutorial)

Hey friends! Here is the long awaited Lucy Gray Baird cosplay video - showing how I made each piece of her iconic "rainbow dress" and some fun behind the scenes with my bestie itslyssamae! We saw the new Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes back in November and I KNEW I had to recreate this costume. I had some much fun bringing this together despite many, many delays to making the costume and filming the reveal. Public apology in advance for the amount of gwiddying on the sweats at the end...
