Making Penelope Featherington Cosplay - Season 3 Bridgerton ("Glow Up" Dress) - Super Cheap Fabrics

Season 3 of Bridgerton has yet to announce it's release date, and still I couldn't be more excited. I love Penelope Featherington (no surprises there as I've done two other cosplays of her) and I am SUPER keen to watch the season which will focus on her and Colin.

This cosplay was made based off the few seconds of grainy footage from a UK morning breakfast show. (If that doesn't show my absolute commitment I don't know what does :P)
