Toph got accepted into the Australian prelim of the Cosplay Central Crown Champions! And now it is time to lift the cosplay just one step further and give her her weapons - not a shield, not a sword, no.... it's rocks. But not just one or two rocks... 25 of them!
And I need to be able to manipulate them in the air.

Looks like I need to create a(n almost) see-through contraption! Enter - the peacock tail... a skirt that turns into a tail!

Also, as mentioned in the video - I must give credit to @Lulualamode (do check her out on instagram too), it was her Las Vegas Ninetails Showgirl's tail which inspired this!
