Mariah Carey & MAC: is it worth your money? is it brown girl friendly?

in my respective opinion, not every piece of this collection was worth it. there's the good, the okay, and then the fuckery. i'm not going to lie-- i wanted to love this collection. the packaging is gorgeous. Mariah's putting her name on it. it sold out like crazy. but not everything in this collection is worth it. not everything is brown girl friendly either, but that's just because i'm a brown girl. what i deem suitable for my skintone may not be suitable for yours, or vice versa. the quality of the lip products, other than the shade issues i had, were great. the shadows performed well with the exception of one shade that was patchy, and the highlight/skin finish and the loose body powder were the heavy hitters.
