Mermaid Bracer | Cosplay Tutorial

Hello everyone, Mae-Gwyn here with a brand new tutorial! When I was making my fish goddess Kougyoku I was unable to find tutorials for making armour with protruding fins. Sooooo.... I decided that I would make a tutorial! This bracer is really easy to make if you have experience working with Worbla. I am sure that this tutorial can also be adapted to work with EVA foam.
