So, I received my Juvia's Place Masquerade palette today and two of the pans were broken!
In light of all of the drama surrounding them by another YouTuber, as well as doing my research and finding that the customer service may not be the best (they have not responded at the time of this video) I decided to fix the pans on my own, and give a quick how-to for anyone else out there who's received a broken palette in the mail before too.
I'm still extremely excited to use the palette, and incorporate it for black owned makeup brand looks.
doing my best to give this company the benefit of the doubt, I'm still hopeful that everything will work out as they continue to grow.
pardon any audio loop issues, Snapchat for Android always seems to be out of sync.
