Part 1: Crafting the Witch-King’s Flail – Assembling with EVA Foam
In this video, I'll be building the Witch-King’s terrifying flail, one of the most iconic weapons in The Lord of the Rings Return of the king. Using EVA foam, I create a lightweight yet menacing prop perfect for cosplay. Follow along as I:
• Cut the pattern and cut out the flail pieces from EVA foam
• Assemble the flail’s spikes and chain for a realistic look
• Shape and refine the foam to prepare it for painting in Part 2
