Pigtail Wig Spiking Tutorial (Whitney - Pokemon)

I'm styling a spiked pigtail wig for my Whitney cosplay!
This includes the gravity defying hair spikes which are so popular in anime and so difficult to create in real life. The method I used in this video doesn't involve any glue or any irreversible spiking techniques. It's held together with hair spray and hair gel entirely! This wig ultimately just took a lot of time and patience. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions!
