Pretzl tries to bake Pretzels

The ingredients:
For the dough:
800 grams of flour
200 ml whole milk
200 ml water
25 gram sugar
18 gram salt
50 gram butter
20 ml olive oil
20 gram (fresh) yeast

For boiling the Pretzels:
A pan of water
2 tablespoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt

Extra:
Some giant pieces of salt to decorate the Pretzels.
