Round Cage Crinoline - Part 2

Today's video covers the cutting out and marking of the pieces needed to make the crinoline.

I show you how to cut the bag portion out with a Straight Edge and Rotary Cutter, and how to mark the bag and ribbon pieces using Tailor's Carbon (transfer paper) and a tracing wheel.
