Sephora Pro Pigments Palette: Cool Tones | swatches

what's good? it's ya girl Dee back with another video. next in our series of reviewing the new Sephora Pro Pigments Eyeshadow Palettes, I bring you the cool tones. I have to say that though I enjoy the palette, the color selection isn't too appealing for me. I can create some smoky eyes with it but that is most of the potential that I see. also, yes, there is kickback and dust, but it's not a gigantic amount. it truly depends on the hand swatching and dipping into it.
