Sew a ruffle cloak inspired by jesters and circus-y aesthetics with me! - Simplicity S3190 Tutorial

This is my shortest Simplicity sewing tutorial so far! 😂 Great for ren faires, cosplays, fantasy events, or even just everyday wear, this ruffle cloak pattern I made with Simplicity (S3190) is lined and has a ruched shoulder overlay, hem ruffle, large hood to hide all your secrets, and a bow that hides a hook-and-eye closure. I'm excited for you to create something wonderful with this pattern, and I hope this tutorial helps with your sewing adventures!
