Sewing a Christmas Dress (but it's secretly a cosplay)

I'm sewing a formal Christmas dress! I was invited to attend a corporate Christmas party for my workplace this year and I wanted to sew my own custom fitted dress. I also love cosplay. That's when I had the idea to put those two things together!
When picking out a red dress to make I, of course, had to reference Carmen Sandiego and she has many red formal dresses to choose from. This dress is from the Carmen Sandiego episode "The Lucky Cat Caper" and this dress also has less than 5 minutes of total screentime.
