Skill vs. Talent in Cosplay: What's the Difference?

Okay so this video may not be pitting skill and talent in a snowball fight against each other as the thumbnail suggests. But I believe it is important to discuss talent and skill as different terms to abilities. How do you feel about these differences? Do they matter to you?
