Storybook Cosmetics: Charlie & The Chocolate Factory Palette! (first impressions/swatches)

what's good? how ya doin? it's ya girl Dee, back with another video.
i recently picked up the new Storybook Cosmetics eyeshadow palette, the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory collaboration in association with the Roald Dahl Literary Estate. 10% of all sales help to benefit a child with a donation to their charity partners. (i've searched high and low for who those partners are and i can't find it online. but hey, you're still doing good with your purchase!)
the shades are adorable, muted watercolors, and pretty pigmented. don't be alarmed by the semi-chalky appearance of some of the matte shades, they blend so beautifully together. apparently i used SEVEN.
the palette also smells like chocolate (it's scented with actual flavor and not perfume.) it's not vegan friendly though it is indeed cruelty free.
of course you don't need to have it, but for the makeup enthusiasts and collectors out there, this will be a beautiful addition to your collection. and if you don't pick it up now, you'll have another chance soon-- the palette is limited edition but will be restocked for as long as Storybook has their licensing.
