taking a look at the new storybook cosmetics quill and ink eyeliner. this is a gel liner that is packed with pigmentation and long lasting ability. it also comes with a "quill" pen/brush and holder to keep it safe, all in a collectible tin.
there has been a little bit of feedback regarding the liner and activating it. you do have to activate the top layer with your brush before using it, and the directions on how to do so are on their website,
it's a true collector's item that looks great on your vanity, or whipping out on a whim. though the pen is mightier than the sword, the cut on these wings are still just as sharp.
