more from the VIB Rouge special event! this is the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Eyeshadow palette. this is a highlighting eyeshadow palette. it's supposed to draw attention to your eyes immediately, catch light, and you can also use the shades as highlight for other points of the face.
i honestly think people need this palette. of course if you have something similar, then don't double up, but if you don't have anything like this in your collection right now (i honestly don't have a neutral shimmery palette) go for it. great soft looks, with a pop of shine, that are quick and easy. supposedly the shadows are also formulated to where you don't need a primer either.
