This Convention Company is SHADY!!!!

Save your money and don't support this convention company! It's clear to me that they don't care about cosplayers, the safety of attendees, or the quality of their events! And while I can understand hustling to make a buck in today's climate, this is a little too much if you ask me!
Regarding the harmful individual mentioned in this video- the Google Doc provided is meant to not only back up allegations discussed, but to educate and spread awareness. Mentioning this individual or sharing the evidence is not meant to harass, bully, or spread baseless rumors. Block him and spread awareness to others, but that's as far as it should go, especially if you are not a member of my local cosplay community.
It should be noted that this individual has stated that he is autistic, and so let me emphasize that spreading awareness of his actions is not a promotion of ableism. While I believe that autism might help us understand some behaviors, it does not excuse the offenses listed in both this video and the document. Since he attends conventions alone, he should be held to the same standard of following the rules and respecting others and their boundaries.
Finally, upon reading the document you will notice that many claims are witness accounts. I believe in believing victims, especially in this case where so many people are coming forward with their experiences.
