Fantasy Basel is Switzerland’s largest and most diverse pop culture festival, celebrating film, gaming, comics, and cosplay in a massive three‑day event at Messe Basel.

Held annually, Fantasy Basel brings together over 100,000 m² of exhibition space, more than 850 booths, and multiple stages for panels, performances, and interactive zones Fantasy Basel. It attracts tens of thousands of visitors — recent editions have drawn around 97,000–103,000 attendees Fantasy Basel — and features a wide range of activities from cosplay contests and artist alley showcases to Nintendo stands, gaming tournaments, and themed action zones.
