Too Faced Peaches & Cream: Foundation/Blur Powder/Setting Spray | #TFpeachesandcream
what's good? how ya doin? it's ya girl Dee back with another video.
i did pick up some of the new Too Faced Peaches & Cream items. not the entire collection, but a few that piqued my interest.
first up is the new Peach Perfect Matte Foundation. I chose the darkest that they had, Mahogany. it actually worked out! the shade range bears the same name as that of the born this way foundations but the color is a bit darker this time around. you can compare the swatches and faces at their website to have an accurate depiction. Mahogany is similar to the Hazelnut that is in the expanded foundation range for the Born This Way shades from a few months back.
the blur powder-- i really can't see much difference with it and without it. but in using it, i do have some subtle subtle sparkle with it, and it does give somewhat of a glow. i honestly would return this but i'm giving it another shot to make completely sure that i'm not crazy.
as for the spray, this is the bees knees. it does mattify and helps the makeup to stay in place. i tried this both in the video and as well with another foundation the next day, and was able to get a full 8 hours of wear without being catfish greasy. i will bring you guys a dedicated review solely to that spray once the weather breaks and i don't have to fight the temperatures as much lol.
all in all, i still say that the peach theme is a little overrated. however, the spray is worthwhile. the foundation, if we have a few other color choices, can be beneficial; especially for medium coverage. the blur powder is yet to be determined, but i'll test it a few more times.
other than that, what are your thoughts? second guessing too faced? picking some items up after all? let me know in the comments section down below, and as always, thanks for watching.
