tutorial: Kansas City Royals Inspired Look

i searched high and low to see if anyone had a #KCRoyals Inspired makeup look, and found only one person who did, which was also homage to both teams when they played in the world series back in 2015. so here's my version, inspired by the royal blue that those boys don every season.
