WE SANG WATCH ME WORK IN COSPLAY?!? ANYC 2024 Masquerade || [BEST INTERMEDIATE] || Starfruit.Sekai

LET ME JUST TELL YOU THIS WAS THE MOST STRESSFUL DAY OF MY LIFE. We were up all night working on our cosplays and had to spray paint our wigs the morning of the con. We got about an hour of sleep before heading to New York City, and we also spent about $110 on Uber so we could go to MicroCenter to fix our electronic malfunction 2 hours before the dress rehearsal :'(. Overall though, I am still so proud of us for having done this performance and I'm super proud of Rin because this was her first time singing in front of a crowd! Maybe you'll see us do more live singing in the future but for now you guys will get my recorded covers teehee.

Thanks Richie for filming us/being our handlers this day and shoutout to my parents for the patience they had with me then! We did need them to run around NYC for electronic components too.

I will say I know this video records our singing for being pretty pitchy and flat. In our defense lol the speakers on the stage were pointed away from us so we had a really hard time hearing the backing. We were also the only performance that did live singing, and ANYC normally doesn't ever allow this so they didn't have the proper equipment to support this type of performance. Nonetheless we are grateful that they did allow us to do live singing and I hope this encourages them to be able to better support it next time!
