I wanted to make my own version of "What is ASMR" for quite a while now. While editing, I realized that I had so much more to say and so little time to explain it. I want to start a series where I delve into specific topics and points -- so this is sort of the general, over-arching video: What the H*ck IS ASMR!? Enjoy!
**All videos were used with express permission from these lovely ASMR content creators. There are so so many more that aren't in this video that I watch and would recommend. I find that I get a lot of comments and messages about using ASMR for anxiety, depression, and more. I can totally relate with that, and ASMR is an awesome outlet for those things.
