Wheelchair Under the Seat Bag Tutorial

How to sew a custom under the seat wheelchair bag for all of your wheelchair storage needs. The bag is made with two layers of cotton fabric and a quilt batting as the stiffener. It's pretty durable and attaches to the wheelchair with two straps that wrap around the seat. This bag has so much space! Its perfect for carrying my wheelchair push gloves and tire pump, but it can hold so much more too!
