Cosplay Wrist Cuff Tutorial - Lucy Heartfilia (Fairytail)

Today I'm going to show you how to make wrist cuffs for your cosplay using a fabric without any stretch. These non-stretch fabrics can be a bit tricky since they need some sort of clasp to get them on to your wrist because they can't stretch over your hand. I'm showing you how to make your own wrist cuff pattern, how I attach it with sew on snap strips, and a little bonus of how I added Lucy's decorations for her Grand Magic Games outfit.

I really wanted to focus on making this video more beginner friendly. I remember that when I started out cosplaying (and sewing) I couldn't figure out how to make the wrist cuffs for my Mew Zakuro cosplay and a tutorial like this one would have been really helpful. I didn't see any other tutorials quite like this one on YouTube so hopefully this is helpful!
