Juvia's Place: Zulu Palette | Poor Customer Service | Rant {long video alert}

on june 12th, promptly after it became available for sale, i purchased the zulu palette from juvia's place. it sold out in just under two hours. later that week, the palette was restocked. i began to see on social media that people began to receive their items, at lightning speed, whereas i had no movement or update with mine. i also saw that there were an alarming number of people who also didn't have any movement or updates on their own orders.
i decided to do some research into the situation, capturing the aggression's of others, while attempting to get resolution for my own order. the following video will take a look at my experience in obtaining this palette, dealing with juvia's place customer service, and speaking out about the frustration of having to wait longer than necessary when there were others who ordered after me, that received their product before me.
