PokeMiku Cosplay Build (Part 2) - Project Voltage

Finishing my Normal Type Trainer Miku just in time for Sakura-con!
I've never made a wig this complicated before, and trying to make this wig also wheelchair accessible was quite the challenge. I'm gonna show you how to make giant Miku pigtails and I am gonna do a bit of wheelchair dance while wearing those pigtails too!
