Temari Dress Cosplay Tutorial - Naruto

I'm showing you how to make Temari's Genin outfit from Naruto.
This covers how to alter a commercial pattern to sew the entire dress from scratch. This dress in completely lined and has all the little buckle closure details too! I also include how to sew her sash and a quick and easy option for all of Temari's netting accessories.
