SURPRISE! I'm heading to LA to be a Cosplay Judge at Anime Expo, July 3-6th. And what better excuse than THAT to make a brand new cosplay?
Fantasy Froppy has been on my list for a number of years at this point - I just thought the design was SO CUTE + I had most of the fabrics in my stash.
